Why there are two distinct sets of Mental Health resources:
Life can be a struggle; and circumstance and set backs can be easy-to-point-at culprits to rationalise the struggle, but rarely are the reasons for that struggle, external.
I've come to learn that the reasons for my struggle are internally anchored within the mind and the body. Upgrading both mind and body are required to shift life from surviving the grind, to having fun living.
Childhood belief system yet to be upgraded - Mindset Resources
Legacy Programming installed in childhood anchored our belief system about who we are, how fair the world is, how safe the world is, and the ceiling height we'll be lucky enough to greet, That legacy programme runs until we consciously and deliberately upgrade it.
Childhood nervous system settings yet to be upgraded - Brain and Body Resources
Legacy Physiology Our brain's hippocampus, brain stem, amygdala and nervous system and related functions, remain on childhood settings until deliberately changed in later years. When trauma is in childhood, deliberate intervention to repair the effects of trauma, is needed.
Using childhood settings in adult years, (with or without trauma), can make life feel like it's a struggle, ensuring the fun more meaningful lifestyle will elude you.
Side note: If you are not aware of how trauma effects the brain and central nervous system, perhaps read this 3-minute blog first, how childhood trauma effects the brain

We can consume all the training, workshops, courses, books we want to change our human and if we're lucky, some change will show up, but rarely does it last.
The quantum shift we seek for our life happens when that newly acquired information is accompanied with practices that reset and upgrade the brain and body settings to now match the upgraded programming we're pursuing.
If you have often heard yourself saying some version of:
I know what I am supposed to do, but I just can't do it! | What am I doing with my life? Why is everything so hard? |

Brain & Body settings - | Mindset settings - |
Then please allow me to wade in and suggest that the likely blindspot here is that you are missing the practices that reset and upgrade childhood physiology into settings that best support your adult self today. I have curated an extensive list of resources, tools, and experts who support resetting and reprogramming of legacy physiology. | Then I might suggest that what could be helpful in this instance is to start with the awareness and information gathering to better understand the feelings you have in regards to the WHAT and WHY questions you're pondering. The resources to reprogram physiology are critical, but often step two of this life change. I have curated a list of resources and experts who I have found instrumental in not only answering the WHAT and WHY, but where to start initiating change. |

Body Talk Systems | BodyTalk is an astonishingly simple and effective form of therapy that allows the body’s energy systems to be re-synchronized so that they can operate as nature intended. Reconnecting these lines of communication then enables the body’s mechanisms to function at optimal levels, thus preventing disease and rapidly accelerating the healing process. BodyTalk can be used as a stand-alone system to treat many health problems, or seamlessly integrated into any health care system to increase its effectiveness and promote faster healing. | |
